As the result of a long-term vision and a progressing interest in the idealised list, The Waterfront Eatery is devoted to advertising a generally small, 75 to 100-bottle list that speaks to each grape’s unmistakable characteristics. In our endeavours to exhibit each varietal, we too offer wines that are somewhat more obscure and curious, enticing a few to think as well as drink “ exterior the box”. By saying obscure and curiously, we don’t cruelly propose they are idiosyncratic wines in the look of the unordinary, but handcrafted wines from a few enthusiastic little makers that you might not discover elsewhere, wines that unquestionably stand on their claim. We have stamped these wines with a symbol()so that you might distinguish them effectively. In the preparation of selecting these wines, our needs are wines that are prepared to drink and are well coordinated to The Waterfronts’ cooking, from new, nearby fish to a juicy hand-cut, prime filet to an Asian marinated ribeye. The list is dynamic, endeavouring to put the wines arranged by category from lightest to heaviest and the same inside each category, from lightest to heaviest. Categories will certainly cover, as a full-bodied merlot will be heavier than a light cabernet, for illustration.
