By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may not:
- use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights;
- copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, index, download, frame, mirror, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content or data without our prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits it;
- use bots, automated systems, data-mining tools, artificial-intelligence training or retrieval tools, or similar technology to access or extract Site content at scale, unless we have expressly permitted it in writing;
- bypass robots.txt, rate limits, access controls, security measures, or technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, overload the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
- use the Site in a way that could damage Menu Price Lists, restaurant partners, users, or third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, our rights, or applicable law have been violated.
2. Informational purpose; prices and menus may change
The Services are provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. Menu items, availability, portion sizes, ingredients, nutrition information, prices, promotions, fees, taxes, locations, hours, and delivery charges can change at any time and may differ by restaurant, location, channel, and date.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful, but we do not guarantee that any information is current, complete, accurate, available, or suitable for your circumstances. Always confirm all information directly with the relevant restaurant before placing an order, travelling, relying on allergen information, or making a purchase decision.
Menu Price Lists is not the restaurant, brand owner, franchisor, delivery platform, ordering platform, or payment processor unless we expressly say otherwise on a particular page. We do not sell restaurant meals, process restaurant orders, accept payments for restaurants, or make reservations through the Site.
Nothing on the Site is medical, dietary, nutritional, allergy, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on Site information to manage an allergy, medical condition, dietary restriction, or emergency. Contact the relevant restaurant and an appropriate professional when needed.
3. Editorial independence, advertising, and affiliate links
The Site may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or other commercial relationships. Where required, we will disclose material relationships. A link to a restaurant or third-party service does not mean we endorse it.
If you click an affiliate link or make a purchase from a third party, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Your relationship with that third party is governed by its own terms, privacy notice, prices, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, content, transactions, or conduct.
4. Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials, all Site design, selection, arrangement, text, graphics, logos, databases, compilations, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Menu Price Lists and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Restaurant names, logos, trademarks, menu descriptions, and related brand assets may belong to their respective owners. They are used on the Site only for identification, commentary, reporting, and informational purposes where applicable. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership is implied.
5. User submissions and feedback
If you send us corrections, suggestions, comments, photographs, or other material (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to send them and that they do not infringe rights, contain unlawful material, or include confidential information you are not authorised to disclose.
To the extent necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your Submission. This licence ends when we delete the Submission from our systems, except to the extent it has been incorporated into anonymised, aggregated, backup, or published material, or where retention is required by law.
We may, but are not required to, review, edit, or remove Submissions. Do not submit personal data about another person without permission.
6. Copyright and other rights complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MENU PRICE LISTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENU PRICE LISTS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US$100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Menu Price Lists and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Changes, availability, and termination
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them. For material changes, we will provide any notice required by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
Choose one version only after legal review:

13. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
